India has comprised more than 50% Youth population. Currently, youth come across various development challenges viz. access to education, gainful employment, Human Trafficking, gender inequality, child marriage, youth- friendly health services and adolescent pregnancy. IDF is working with Youth to eliminate these challenges through various initiatives-

• Awareness generation and sensitize the community/youths on the implications of human trafficking through Training programs on trafficking issues and its legal provisions.
• Provide Vocational Training to Youths on Mobile Repairing, Computer, and Hand pump Repairing, Tailoring, Lac bangles with the aim to empower.
• Strengthen and capacitated local Youths on Mock drill sessions on Disaster preparedness, response & resilience in the flood prone areas of Bihar.
